About me

Prince Eze Madumere, Management Consultant, Politician, Philanthropist per excellence, and the Deputy Governor of Imo State.

Achi - Mbieri, an Agrarian community in present day Mbaitoli Local Government Area in Imo State, reputed for their intrinsic business acumen, habouring, prosperous and well educated people is the home-town of the then young Prince Ezeakonobi Anoruo Madumere.

Giving the cosmopolitan bent of his parents, Chief Henry and Lolo Malinda Madumere, Port-Harcourt in present day Rivers State became the birth place of the young Prince Eze Madumere in July 04, 1964 being the third among seven children of his parents, he had his early education in schools in Owerri and Lagos.

As a young man Prince Madumere displayed unquenchable thirst for knowledge through learning, this led him at a very young age to leave the shores of the country to the United States of America to further his education. He bagged degrees from the prestigious, San - Jacinto College, University of Houston and has an MBA in view from Texas Southern University. (Jesse Jones School of Business). Prince Madumere is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Administrators (NICA).

While in the United States of America, he worked as an Area Manager of Channel Development in the KFC with PepsiCo Inc. for thirteen years. Thereafter in 1996, he later founded Rem Group International, an International Trading Company, and owners of Deluxe Hair Studio & Beauty Supplies, with Headquarters in Houston, Texas where he is the Chief Executive officer, Having settled in Nigeria, Prince Eze interest spanning the field of Electronics, Construction, Aviation, Oil and Gas etc, has led him to found Peze Products Limited, where he is Chief Operations Officer.

During the 1998 Gubernatorial Elections in Nigeria, Ezeako as his folks fondly called him came back home to serve as Director for Women and Youth Mobilization for Owelle Rochas Okorocha’s campaign in Imo State under the Peoples Democratic Party in Imo State (PDP).

Thus in 2002, having distinguished himself in his earlier assignment, he was called back again from his United States abode at short notice to serve as Chief Strategist on Media and Logistics for Owelle Rochas Okorocha’s Presidential bid under the ANPP in 2002-2003. He has also worked in the Presidency as the Chief of Staff to the Presidential Adviser on Inter-Party Relations, Owelle Rochas Okorocha.

Prince Eze Madumere is a truly tasted politician who is not only embued with the knowledge of the inner dynamics of politics but also equipped with a vast knowledge of the field. In December 03, 2005, he ran for the Senate seat in Imo East Senatorial District (Owerri Zone) after it was declared vacant following the death of Senator Amah Iwuagwu. Prince Madumere ran a tireless campaign and was so rated by both the major and the opinion polls as a likely winner. But try to assoil or challenge the political rating of Prince Madumere is only a consolation for those who are new to Imo politics for he has not only demonstrated he is a contending force even his opponents admitted he is.

One Nigerian whose life has been devoted without wavering to the cause of public good is undoubtedly Prince Eze Madumere. It is for this reason; on turning 40 recently he celebrated his birthday with fanfare with the poor and the disadvantaged. His loyalty and commitment to selfless service also made him a victim of political intimidation which led to his detention for 21 days after the Imo Rescue Mission Closing Rally at Owerri. Prince Madumere voluntarily gave himself up for arrest when men of the Nigerian Army, the Police and SSS came to arrest his boss and aides. His achievements in the public domain are quite impressive; though Prince Madumere has made considerable progress in life what is most remarkable about his career is the emphasis, which he places on developing his capacity for high responsibility.

Prince Madumere is hardworking, humorous and relates well with subordinates. He shows considerable compassion to the needy, he is a true, God fearing and honest Christian, as a result of this he was recently honoured with the investiture into the knighthood of St. Christopher by the Lord Bishop Rt. Rev. Chijioke B. N. Oti, Diocese on the Lake in Imo State, Church of Nigeria. (Anglican Communion)

Prince Ezeakonobi Madumere is happily married to Lady Nneamaka Eze Madumere, an US Attorney-at-Law, and blessed with four children.
