As we join the world in Olympic Day Run Celebration: The flag-off of the 2014 Olympic Day Run at Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri as a way of encouraging our people to engage in sporting activities not only for career reasons but for the healthy 

Representing His Excellency, Owelle Anayo Rochas Okorocha, our great leader and action Governor at the valedictory session in honour of our own eminent jurist, philosopher king , late Justice Chukwudifu Akunne Oputa, at the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Abuja... May his excellent foot prints spur even our youths of today to reach out for even a greater excellence. I must observe that this man became an Orpan when he turned six months in this world. He showed faith and that failure is a function of choices we make... May His gentle soul rest in perfect peace

Today, the 19th of June, I had my younger brothers and sisters who are student leaders of mbaitoli in their numbers trooped to my office on solidarity visit in appreciation of the good work especially the free education of our rescue mission government led by His Excellency, Owelle Rochas Okorocha The youths pledged their unalloyed support for the government..

In continuation of the drive to make Imo better and to consolidate the Rescue Mission massive development at the rural areas of our dear State, Imo, on the directive of His Excellency, Governor of Imo State, Owelle Anayo Rochas Okorocha, OON, SAM, GCFE, earlier today, I paid a working visit to Rural Access and Mobility Project (RAMP) Headquarters, Abuja, with Imo State Coordinator of RAMP, Engr. JC Uzor where I had a meeting with the National Coordinator, Engr. Ularamu Ubandoma and his team

Today, I gladly played host to the leadership/Executive members of All Progressives Congress Party, Owerri Zone led by Hon. Chris Nwokeoma with the State Chairman, Dr. Hilary Eke and other officials when they paid a courtesy call to my office.

I felt nostalgic dancing to the traditional drums with Eze Imo, Eze Agunwa Ohiri and my Orodo people in particular and Mbaitoli in general. It was the Ekeleke cultural dance festival at Orodo. It felt good identifying with my people.

At St. Mark and Andrew Anglican Churches last Sunday to worship with brethren. It was rather a delight to intermingle with fellow believers in Christ. In Obowo, we had Bishop Onuoha David of Okigwe South Diocese and Rt. Rev. Samuel Ezeofor of Diocese of Ogbaru, Anambra State. At St. Saint Andrew, I had the blessed duty to read the lesson for the day.... Comm. for Finance and wife were also at the St. Mark Obowo for the special service with other great Imolites... Truly, I am blessed...To God be the glory
